RETURNS

Every Zale Yardley Limited product goes through a rigorous quality control procedure to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained, and furthermore, all products supplied to our online customers arrive in perfect condition.

Items bought from our website may be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange excluding delivery charges, provided you supply a receipt or proof of purchase and that the item is in saleable condition with tags still attached.

Should you wish to return a product after 14 days, we will offer an exchange or online credit note valid on our website for up to 3 months from date of purchase provided you supply a receipt, proof of purchase and tags attached.

In the unlikely event that a product purchased online is faulty, please return it to us with a receipt or proof of purchase within 1 month of purchasing for a refund, exchange or credit note. After that time, an exchange or credit note may be offered with a receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Any promotional offers or gifts supplied with your order should be returned with any returned merchandise. Failure to return any promotional offers will result in additional costs being charged.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

In accordance with UK distance selling legislation customers have the right to return goods within 14 days for a full refund without giving any reason: Cooling off period. Whilst customers are entitled this right we like to believe that our products are made to the highest standard, that will be enjoyed during use, and therefore any feedback you can provide will be useful.  This cancellation period will end 14 days from the date of the physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, customers must notify us of their decision to cancel the transaction within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. This notification must be by a clear statement in writing to be sent by email to info@zaleayardley.co.uk .

Customers must quote the invoice and item reference number against which the goods were purchased in any communication with us to verify the purchase.

Following the cancellation of the contract customers must return the goods to us intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of the cancellation of the contract. The goods must be shipped via a trackable service and the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless we agree otherwise.

Goods should be returned to our registered address at 180-182 Railway Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 0QH.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is as a result of any unnecessary handling by the customer, such as the removal of tags and packaging, which is construed excessive in establishing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back from the customer. This will usually be paid in the same format that the money was received from the customer.

Please note couriers are not authorised to accept ‘Returns’ unless instructed to do so by our After Sales Department, and After Sales cannot give this instruction unless you, the customer, has advised them accordingly. If you are returning goods to us in person you must give us prior notice of your intention to return goods. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and you must bring with you the invoice or order/payment confirmation on which you were charged for the same. Please note that all exchanges are charged and credit notes issued for goods returned.

Any claims originating from outside the UK will be handled on an individual basis, with subsequent decision(s) at the discretion of the Company.
